Absolutely superb service, Liz is a real character and very knowledgeable. After a bad experience with another audio company it was a really nice experience to deal with such a professional company. It goes without saying I will definitely be using RCA again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade their stereo.
