Chelwood is an intergenerationally-minded church that aims to value everybody equally. We want to learn and grow together in our faith and so lots of what we do (including Sunday mornings) is with all ages included. We are a Church that is much more than just Sunday mornings. The church is open every day of the week with lots of activities and you would be very welcome, whoever you are!Families are very welcome at Chelwood and we want to help them worship God together, both at church and in the home. This happens in a number of different ways but has previously included '40Acts of Generosity' and 'Thy Kingdom Come' prayer initiatives. We meet together informally and do occasional activities after Sunday church. We believe that the church is a spiritual family and so we facilitate intergenerational relationships that we believe are beneficial to the young and the old.On the second Friday of every month we have a family Bible study using Bake through the Bible. Its an hour (4pm 5pm) of baking and chatting about a Bible story. All are welcome. We also run family nights and film nights regularly.
