I can't fault the service. Everything was perfect: attention to every detail and the end product was gracefully done with complete professionalism
I am commenting as I have to agree with the recent one star review.The customer service was shocking- at a time of such sadness we should have been treated with care and compassion but we were dealt with so poorly.The funeral director was however first class. The day of the funeral could not be faulted but we will never forget how poorly we were treated up until that day.
#### DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY####Any family out there do not use this funeral home, I have had the worst experience with them which has left the family devastated.They did everything wrong, their customer service is shocking I would hate any family at such a sad time to experience what we have !
