I recently had a hip injection at The Alexandra and cannot fault the hospital at all. I needed to have an MRI scan and am not good in enclosed spaces. The staff there were amazing, incredibly patient and put me at ease straight away. Excellent service from start to finish
From the minute you walk into the Reception, you are treated really well and respected. I had a scalp cyst removed. My consultant was a gentleman who was very warm in both attitude and sympathy. The op was very quick with no pain whatsoever and the nurse who stayed with me was a lovely funny lady. I actually enjoyed the whole experience, which I was a bit nervous on arrival! I highly recommend these great professional people and if I need more surgery in the future, I would happily visit the hospital again. Thanks for all the caring and company.
Plenty of car parking for out patient appointments. Prompt attention at reception and clear directions to the relevant waiting area. Clinical staff prompt, efficient giving feedback on the patients concerns. Thankd
This was my first visit of to The Alexandra Hospital as a self-funding patient. This is not something i have ever done before making a review but after the excellent service provided i felt i needed to praise the ladies / staff that helped me, for there compassionate approach and fantastic customer service. In particular i would like to thank the Self Pay Department who went above and beyond to help with my quotation and queries. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending to any friends or family. Thank you for making this an easy process!
