Rented from these whilst a student. Staff are a bunch of gammons. Got charged for failing to take our bins out despite the house being unoccupied for a week and therefore bins were empty. Some numpty from AJ took our empty bins out anyway, which then blew out into the road and caused an RTA involving several vehicles. Absolute lack of common sense. Must have got about 10 out of a 300 deposit back because I did not leave any clothes hangers behind and there were blu tac marks on the wall. Avoid if you can.
AJ Estates provided us with a clean, safe and lovely house as well as a reliable and professional service. Avoid AJ esates at all costs , we lived there for a year and left the house in pretty much the exact same state that it was. AJ estates then proceeded to paint 7 walls in the house and charge each tennant 250 out of there deposits to pretty much redecorate the house.AVOID AT ALL COSTS
