All three of them whenever I rang went out of their way to give advice and support. As well as, chasing solicitors and other agents for us.They made what at times could of been very stressful much easier. I would highly recommend buying a house through them.
I recently sold my flat through the Cheadle Hulme branch. Communication was excellent even when I was away in France. Nicky mainly handled the sale, Kate stepping in when she was away, plus Linda on occasion , and Jay at the Heald Green branch. All fully aware of what stage my buyer and I were at. Seamless communication. Immediate response to any enquiry and plenty of emails and phone calls to keep me up to date and reassured. Everyone on the team has been friendly and approachable as well as professional. Fees very fair especially for the level of work and care provided.
