It should be called Cheadle car cheats! These guys are joke! Once they've got your money, that's it, no returns no refunds.
Bought a Tiguan r-line off the lads at Cheadle car sales. Both the owner Matt and the main salesman Tom were extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating throughout our purchase (which was at a great price too). Two days after purchase an engine management light came on which turned out to be an EGR Valve that needed replacing ( a common fault on all deisels across the board). I called them and they said to bring it back in and within two days they had the car back in and fixed the problem that day at some cost to themselves, their mechanics did a great job and the car is a treat to drive. Excellent all round from cheadle car sales. Thanks lads
AVOID!!!!!!..........CONMEN!!!!!Engine management light came on 4 weeks after purchase. 12 FAULTS FOUND!!!Finance company gave them 1 opportunity to fix the faults. THEY DIDNT!!!!We were lucky we had finance or the garage would have sold us a dud! We had the right to return the car (thankfully) when we returned the dodgy car back to this dodgy garage, I heard another customer tell the owner 'Matthew Cawley' that his engine management light was on "AGAIN"They just switch the light off, however, if the faults remain the light will come back on. Don't buy a car from them!!!
Avoid!!!! Long story short... very unprofessional owner Matt, other guy who works there was more helpful and nicer. First of all the car came with two keys originally, but he lost it just like that.. creless. Drove home with my car, found out that oil was completely empty. Who sells cars like that?! Thats not even been checked.. They grabbed the first random oil and filled it up, which has damaged my engine ( as they told me in garage last week) anyway regrets buying the car, not giving proper warranty, which should be 6 months as legal requirement. Now my engine is being completely refurbished. The car which I paid only 1000 for is costing me 2000 as it needs a new engine. Great. Also Matt said hes not dealing with cheap cars for that reason anymore.. then DONT! and if you do then take responsibility. Just bad nothing else to say.
Been there 4 times now and had 4 cars and each occasion was a very proffesional friendly experience. Honest lads, great service! 5 stars from me!!!!
