Just purchased my second caravan from North Western Caravans. Absolutely fantastic service yet again, highly recommended. As someone still fairly new to caravans and towing, I am so pleased to have a local company that is happy to help and provide advise when required. They have a customer for life, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Found exactly what we were looking for, the owners were very helpful, any concerns we had about delivery was sorted. Would definitely recomend north Western caravans Cheadle. Tony and Lyn Salford.
I feel completely ripped off. Charged us for mending the toilet but it still doesn't work. Overcharged us for gas and replaced the damper when I'm not sure they even checked it needed replacing. They certainly didn't show us the old one which is what you expect from an honest repair shop. Also left the battery connection loose so it drained of power and I've had to buy a new one now. My recommendation is that you avoid these people.
We only called in for toilet fluid and ended up signing to change our van Many Thanks Emma and Alan for making everything so easy. Looking forward to collecting our new acquisition soon......
