I work full time and struggle to get out sometimes, as people do now and again.January 2018, I rang to rearrange and appt as I knew I could not get there in time for them to see me. They informed me that that this would be classed as missing my appt but booked me another one anyway for February 2018. I genuinely forgot about this due to many factors and missed it (which was my own fault) and received a letter to say you could miss two apps in two years and then you would be taken off their books.I had an appt this afternoon after work (January 2019) and ended up getting out of work late and just could not make it to the appt on time so I asked to rearrange. I was informed by the receptionist that she would speak to the dentist, but if I could not get there in time then it would be classed as me just not showing up to the appt again, despite me asking to just rearrange! Had I just not attended the appointment then I would have understood, but I couldn't get there on time due to finishing at work late.After this, she called me a couple of minutes later and was told that the dentist would not wait ten minutes for me to get there and that I would have to be removed from the list.The staff are friendly, but there hours are not friendly for those who work full time and struggle to get out.
The dentists are absolutely out of this world, cant praise them enough. The receptionists are just very difficult to work with in terms of getting through to them and commutation between the receptionists.
I'm not one to normally leave reviews but having just joined as a new patient, I'd just like to bring to light how excellent my experience was.From the moment I walked in in the receptionist was friendly and welcomed me to the practice. Dr Ali was the best dentist I've seen - she is a credit to the practice. She was friendly and very informative. I didn't feel rushed and she did an excellent job.Keep up the great work!
