Very poor customer service.just bear in your mind that a 3 months membership is a trap. cancel your direct debit as soon as you paid the third month fee.
Fantastic facilities at this club. Only stayed for a day with a guest pass and if I could afford the membership i definitely would join. It's amazing. The outdoor pool was a particular favourite of mine and the gym was really well-equipped. Just what I needed after a hard day's study. Thanks to the reception staff who loaned me a padlock also...:-)

Ive joined this gym and tried to use the classes. I booked 4 classes, 3 of which were cancelled and 1 of which was disappointing. Ive tried to complain to the manager who failed to call me back despite me chasing 3 times. I wrote to their complaints email and have received no response in a week. Speaking to other members as my last class was cancelled, I understand this is a very common occurrence. Its an absolute joke. Its disrespectful to any customer to treat them like that. I am very disappointed because I was hoping this would be a great gym that I was booking to stay in for a long time, but it just isnt.
DISGUSTING is all I can say. Members leave snotty tissues on gym equipment leave floating stools in the toilets. Extremely overpriced, If anyone is reading this AVIOD and go elsewhere plenty of better gyms in the area.
