***CANNOT CANCEL Membership ONLINE*** Really hard to CancelSo I've been going to this for over 5 years, staff is great but cancelling the membership is absolute nightmare. you stay on the phone for over 30 mins and lines only open between 9-5 . cannot be done online. I gave my notice on 2nd September and was told it's 30 day notice. because it was 2nd September it meant the notice would kick in from October which meant 2 months notice.No Regard for a customer that's been with you for over 5 years.Was told by Harland it's not something they can do as they just process payments for Fit4less. Have heard similar stories about cancellation from other members too.
Good gym. But will be better if I can do shower after workout in the morning. But the heating not working and is freezing. Is another year that during winter is no heating and Sommer without air conditioning. Other than that all good. But for me is big issue because I'm do my workout before work so will be nice take a shower before work. Showers facility poor as well. You have cold water or very hot and no chance to adjusting.
