The good thing about premier inn is you know exactly what your getting. Located next to a nice bar and a TGI Fridays. Breakfast is in the Pub next door, problem with running out of coffee, had to wait 10 mins for more to arrive. Other than this a nice and comfortable stay.
This place looks newly decorated, had a pleasant night sleep. Arrived at 3am and the guy behind the desk helped take our suitcases up to the room! Everything felt nice and clean so slept really well. The breakfast wasn't top notch as they were cleaning up before 10am when they shut the restaurant. Apart from that small blip we were really satisfied customers, this hotel is better than the surrounding Premier Inn hotels.
Can't really fault this hotel. Arrived in the early hours of the morning after a late flight. 5 of us including 2 young children and my mum with reduced mobility. 4 big cases, hand luggage, duty free etc etc. Man on front desk, think his name might have been Curtis, grabbed 2 of the heaviest bags and carried them up the stairs for us. Really kind. Rooms were immaculate, seemed newly decorated. Husband enjoyed the bath, I loved the shower. I was asleep within minutes of closing my eyes. All the staff we met in the morning were cheerful and helpful. Fab.
Stayed here for my sisters wedding. Really comfy bed. Nice surroundings. Was worried about being so close to the airport but neednt have been. We didnt hear anything. Breakfast was ok, sausages felt like they were under cooked so just couldnt eat them. Tea and coffee were very weak. Our server was lovely and helpful.
Lovely staff, really helpful and friendly in a genuine way - nothing was too much bother for them.Clean, well kept and comfortable there's really nothing to complain about.For those who aren't aware the closeness to the airport means low flying aircraft which are quite regular, however, with the windows closed we couldn't hear these at night and there didn't cause any lost sleep.
