Great room and wonderful veggie breakfast, great for the airport, owners are excellent hosts.
Clean and reasonable. We stayed for 48 hours and only saw one member of staff the whole time we were there. Our stay was in the attic and the heating was rarely on so it was a bit cold, couldn't find a member of staff and tried ringing reception but there was no reply or call back. Could have done with a bit more milk as there was only enough for one cup each (2 sharing), again no staff could be found to ask for more however I am sure they would have given us some had the staff been found. I have given three stars as it was clean and reasonable and the lady that welcomed us on arrival (briefly) was nice and even carried one of our bags. We didn't have breakfast or an evening meal so I cannot comment on the food.
Staff is friendly, but I had a room with small head space... Breakfast was nice, bed isn't bad either. I would have give 5 stars but the shower taps kind of hanging out from the tiles and the room was cold on arrival and during the evening.

Charming little B&B within minutes from Manchester airport. Comfortable bed and clean rooms. Staff were incredibly friendly and extremely welcoming. On-site parking was very convenient. Breakfast should be included in the price, but was only a small extra cost and great value. Loved our stay!
